Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Head Office reservation, payment, cancellation and booking policies.
Reservation
Reservation will be made while you agree to the provided tailor-made itinerary, the quotation, and the details of services inclusive. The operation team of EURASIETravel.com will start reservations, based on the final tour itinerary you agreed with us.
When a reservation is made, your travel consultant will send BOOKING CONFIRMATION and INVOICE. A deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the total payment of the tour will be required to be paid to EURASIETravel.com within 7 days from the issued date of invoice.
In case of any unavailability of hotels, flights, etc, EURASIE Travel will provide recommended alternative options. In high tourist season, EURASIE Travel reserves the right to directly book the alternative options before informing the client to keep availability for the tour.
Confirmation
All reservations will be confirmed by return email. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, our office will inform the booking status.
Upon confirmation of a reservation, a minimum of 30% of your tour cost is required. The total package tour price should be paid not less than 30 days prior to departure.
Price
All prices quoted in US Dollars or EURO as mentioned. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please check with us upon reservation.
Payment
Full prepayment by bank remittance must be received 4 weeks to 30 days before the arrival in Cambodia, to our bank account in Phnom Penh.

Balance
You must pay the balance for the booked trip to EURASIE Travel not less than 30 days prior to your arrival.
Failure to pay in full by this due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
If your booking is made less than 30 days prior to departure, you must provide full payment upon receiving our confirmation must be sent to us immediately. Your booking cannot be accepted or confirmed until we have received your full payment.
Responsibility
Certain parts of the tour are provided by the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices operating independently. EURASIE Travel is, therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused thereby to the tourists including those occurring outside of the normal touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political actions and unrest shall be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of confirmation hereof and are consequently subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour.
EURASIE Travel is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of any item during the trip. Nor for any unforeseen incident due to natural causes such as floods, storms or earthquakes. Neither is it responsible for the delay or cancellation of flights, both domestic and international. If this happens, we will make every effort to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Insurance
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply yourself with insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others.
Cancellation policy
All confirmed tour services, whether canceled, amended, postponed, delayed or similar will be treated under the company’s cancellation policy:
- Before 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- Less than 30 days before departure: 30% of total price of the package
- Less than 15 days before departure: 50% of total price of the package
- Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of total price of the package
Inevitable cancelation charge: flight tickets, cruise ship tickets, train tickets, and other pre-paid fees that have already been submitted will be added in addition to the above charges. Scanned copies of receipts will be provided upon request.
The refund will be made within 15 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, will added in addition to the above charges.
To begin a cancelation, an email stating your intent to your travel consultant or info@eurasietravel.com is required. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date EURASIE Travel receives your written cancellation.
Land Tour Children Policy
- Child from 0-5 years (sharing all services): F.O.C. Maximum one child per room.
- Child from 6-11 years (sharing bed with parents): 50% of adult rate, maximum one child per room.
- Child from 6-11 years (with extra bed): 75% of adult rate, maximum one child per room.
- Child from 12 or older: 100% of adult rate.
